nella vita anche solo per incontrarsi con il top della razza, per scambiare informazioni e raccogliere esperienze. Vincere al Crufts è quel sogno che tutti sognano ma pochi osano sperare, perché il Crufts è la più immensa esposizione canina della storia, la più prestigiosa, la più autorevole, la più spettacolare, con oltre 24.000 cani iscritti. 
Viverla in diretta è un’emozione unica, a partire dall’ingresso nei padiglioni fino allo spettacolo finale all’Arena: scoprire la cura per gli espositori e il dettaglio nell’organizzazione, piccole sorprese ovunque, un’attenzione impressionante per il benessere e la salute del cane. Entrare nel ring e calcare quel tappeto verde insieme a centinaia di allevatori tra i più stimati a livello mondiale è qualcosa di veramente indescrivibile, così come concorrere tutti insieme, con grande sportività e spirito di gruppo, per un risultato tanto prestigioso. Ebbene… Noi, nella Patria del Basset Hound, ce l’abbiamo fatta! Il Giudice inglese Ron S. Parker, dopo aver attentamente esaminato i 150 concorrenti ha ritenuto la nostra Akasha Banana Split aka Nanà, a soli 18 mesi MIGLIOR SOGGETTO DELLA RAZZA. Per la nostra piccolina un riconoscimento 
che nel mondo vale più di qualsiasi campionato, un premio che soltanto in pochi al mondo possono vantare. Si tratta infatti della prima volta che un Basset Hound
italiano porta a casa il prestigioso Best Of Breed ricevuto al Crufts! Un risultato davvero straordinario, ancor più importante perché, a conferma della qualità dei soggetti che lo ricevono, il cane selezionato deve sottoporsi ad un’accurata visita medica che ne certifica l’idoneità e la perfezione a livello di salute, e solo allora riceve l’ambito riconoscimento! Well … We, in the homeland of the Basset Hound, we made it! The English Judge Ron S. Parker, after carefully reviewing the 150 competitors felt our Akasha Banana Split aka Nana, at only 18 months is Basset Hound Best of breed at Crufts ! For our little one is a GREAT result, the most important one, that in the world 
worth more than any championship, it’s a prize that only a few can boast. It is indeed the first time that an Italian Basset Hound takes home the prestigious Best of Breed at Crufts! A truly extraordinary prize, even more important because, to confirm the quality of the dog who receive it, the selected one needs to pass thorough a very accurate medical examination that certifies its soundness and perfection in health, and only after that it can receive the award!
